DIY Washable Protective Mask | Guest Post Redeeming Vitality
Learn to make a protective mask during these quarantined times. Welcome my good friend, Sherry, from Redeeming Vitality!
I’m so excited to share this DIY washable protective mask with you today. It comes from Sherry over at Redeeming Vitality. She’s been a faithful friend to whom I look to for a lot of my health questions and herbal remedies.
Sherry is a Certified Nutrition Professional and Registered Herbalist who loves to educate people on the power of real food and how it brings energy, health, and healing.
When supply is non-existant
Right now in this time of quarantine—’stay home, save lives’, shelter in place, or whatever your region is calling it—the basic supplies that seemed in abundance before now, and nobody wanted to purchase, let alone actually used on a regular basis in their homes, are in short supply. Actually, they’re pretty much gone. Of course, you could probably find a pack or two of this or that on the interweb and pay a price that no one in their right mind would pay.
Don’t become one of those people! Adapt and overcome. It’s pretty simple. Hey, if I can do it, T.R.U.S.T. me. So can you.

That’s where this gets exciting. My friend Sherry is here to help us! She is an amazing adapter and overcomer. An overcomer by the word of MY testimony! 😉
She created a simple pattern. I downloaded it and printed it out. I found some scrap fabric lying around in my storage bins. Voilà! I now can make my own protective mask. Thanks, Sherry!
I found this pattern to be super easy. If I can do it, so can you. So give it a try!
