RED RASPBERRY LEAF TEA RECIPE

Ingredients

  • 8 parts red raspberry leaf
  • 3 parts alfalfa
  • 3 parts oat straw
  • 2 parts stinging nettle leaf

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the loose leaf herbs well. Store in a glass container.
  • To brew a cup of tea, add 1 heaping tsp up to 1 TBS of tea to a tea strainer device. Poor boiling water over the tea and steep for a few minutes.
  • To brew a gallon, I add 1/2 cup of the tea mixture to a quart mason jar, add boiling water to cover, and steep for 6 hours or overnight. After steeping, strain off herbs into a gallon glass jar and fill to the top with water. Store in fridge until ready to enjoy a cup.
